The "HI-TUN" tunnel pasteurizer, made completely out of stainless steel, is available in numerous versions. The nozzles are designed to obtain a large and uniform head of rain-like spray. It is impossible for them to become blocked thanks to the small-holed filters, or the rotating self-cleaning filters. The good sized access hatches on both sides of the tanks guarantee ease of inspection and facilitate cleaning. Given its large dimensions, the modular construction of the machine allows for ease of transport and assembly.

The work cycle is examined on every pass in order to optimize output and obtain the best possible thermal efficiency. Furthermore, an electronic controller is available for installation on the pasteurization unit. The same structure is also used for the construction of Cooling Tunnels.


We have designed a single unit called "MONOBLOCCO" which encompasses the functions of rinsing, refilling and capping, dramatically reducing the stop times of individual units in the most important and vital parts of the bottling process. Available as many different models, with a production capacity of 1,000 to 36,000 bottles an hour in PET or GLASS, it can be used for Water - Soft Drinks - Beer - Fruit juice - Oil - Wine - Milk.

The machine is completely made out of stainless steel AISI 304, and those parts in contact with the product in AISI 316 and other materials conforming with FDA regulations. The format changes and substitution actions of interchangeable equipment have been conceived for speed and a low impact on production.


These units, adapted for Soft Drinks and Water, are available for production runs ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 litres per hour. The mixing of water and syrup is continuous by use of micro-metric dosing devices, which guarantee a constant dosing level. The sanitization cycle is completely automated and controlled by a PLC.
